we can increase your net speed by using the steps.....
Go to RUN
type gpedit.msc
got to Administrative template -> Network
Now click on QoS Packet Scheduler on the right window double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
Click enable and change the Bandwidth Limit (%) .....the default value is 20 change it 0 (zero).

select all the file and delete them ..then speed will be in creased...
do this twice in weak....
and %temp% also work like this
START->RUN->%temp%
